Shipping
Orders are processed for shipping Monday through Friday 9:00 AM 4:00 PM
EST. Orders received after 12:00 noon will not ship until the following
business day. Express Mail orders must be received before 10:00AM to ship
the same day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday cannot be shipped until
Monday. This is also true for overnight orders placed over the weekend. Most
orders are shipped within 48 hours. If we cannot ship your order within 48
hours you will be notified by phone or e-mail.
We ship using a variety of carriers. Please allow 3-8 business days for
Standard shipping, 1-2 days for Express shipping.
If any of the items that you order are on back-order, you will be notified
by phone or e-mail. You can always cancel if you cannot wait for a
back-order. We can also ship partial orders if you request but reserve the
right not to split small orders for one shipping price. Orders shipped to
more than one address will be charged an additional fee for each address.
Shipping charges are based on current carrier rates calculated from the
actual weight of your package. A five-dollar handling charge is added to
each order to cover cost of insurance and packaging materials.
Returns Policy
For items purchased on kiteloft.com, you can expect the same great guest
service you receive in a Kite Loft store. If you are not fully satisfied
with your Kiteloft.com purchase, return it to The Kite Loft via mail with
the original Kiteloft.com packing receipt within 90 days from purchase date.
We will exchange it, repair it, or offer you a refund based on your method
of payment. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Some items cannot be returned if opened. These items include Windsocks,
Flags, Sky Chairs,
To return a Kiteloft.com purchase to a Kite Loft Store please bring
the following:
- The item you want to return and all packaging/accessories.
- The original packing receipt.
- A form of personal identification.
To return a Kiteloft.com purchase by mail:
- Box up the item and include all packaging/accessories.
- Enclose the original packing receipt and an explanation for the
return

If you are returning an item for an exchange, you will receive your
replacement item within 10 business days after we receive your return,
provided the item is in stock. If you are requesting a refund, your credit
card account will be credited within 2 business days after we receive your
return.
